By using the service, the buyer represent and warrants that the T.O.S has read, understood, and consents to be bound by this agreement, as modified by the artist.❤The buyer cannot claim, print for consumers, edit, trade, sell, train AI, and/or distribute the work as own/block-chain/NFTS/Crypto and must credit piece to the artist if reposted/used in/on other websites/videos/projects.❤Buyer understands and consents artwork to be published as advertisement; unless spoken to before finished products are received.
artwork is DIGITAL and WILL NOT BE PHYSICALLY SHIPPED.❤The buyer understands that if the criteria for mutual agreement fails, services will be denied. If purchasing adult content, buyer agrees they and character commissioned are 18+.❤Services will take around a week - 1 month to start. depending on queue placement, complexity, and work days.
Refunds for payment is 90% if the product has not yet begun. Refunds pass the sketching phase or if the work is a sketch are not accepted; the buyer cannot reimburse the transaction or claim loss or fraud if the artwork is received or currently worked on through methods of payment on websites such as Paypal or Ko-Fi. ❤The buyer understands if the payment is not fullfilled upfront or through a plan fully. they are to not receive artwork.❤Artwork purchased by consumer agrees to not distribute piece via malicious/hateful/morally obstruct content.
